I used Google’s 411 phone service for the first time this weekend – I think I”m in love!

The only hitch I noticed was that I had to repeat my category twice before a result was given to me.

Has anyone else used Google 411 yet? I’m wondering what happens if Google can’t find what you’re looking for, or can’t understand you? Does a person come on to speak to you, or do they simply apologize and end the call?

Just in case anyone hasn’t heard yet – Google now offers a free 411 directory!
